I have worked in Alaskan and Arctic waters since 2015, getting up close and personal with glaciers, ice and wildlife: often going where the chart information varies from scant to non-existent, seeking out unicorns...

I know my way round the Arctic and have built up a wide range of contacts in the area. I understand the pitfalls and the opportunities and can help you to create the trip that you want.
Yacht Captain
Having captained everything from a 14ft converted lifeboat to a 36m converted tug, via a 28m sailing yacht, I have the experience to safely deliver your boat or provide stand-in cover while the Captain enjoys some well-deserved R&R

You may not need to hire me for a trip to the Arctic, but you might have a question that needs answering or need a contact in a remote place. Art & Photography
Before going to sea, I graduated as a fine artist and have always recorded my interests in the sea, travel and wildlife, either in photography or on paper and canvas.
